Film poster analysis

  .BLADE RUNNER ANALYSIS    I think that this film is a sci-fi film due to the use of the colour scheme and the props. The use of the colours like white and green and a little bit of blue suggests that the film is going to be about a powerful man who is trying to save the world  from something evil(maybe aliens). The use of the close up shot of what looks like the main character can imply how he's going to be the main protagonist of the film and the person we see the film through (his perspective) That shot can also communicate his facial expressions to the audience as he looks a little distressed(due to him sweating) but ready to taken on whatever is on his way. He looks powerful. This perfectly enhances the stereotype of men being strong and powerful. 1. Mr Halseys Feedback: WWW: This meets the brief perfectly- a great choice of song and clips that are totally parallel and contrapuntal. The opening is strong- the audio could easily be from the original film ( I'm assuming its not) and then the switch to Voldemort gets a laugh from the audience to demonstrate how effective the switch is. EBI: the video was only made up of two film clips rather than a selection/ collage but it so clearly demonstrates an understanding of sound I can't really complain! 2.
