Coursework: Ignite presentation learner response

  1) Type up your feedback   in full   including the ratings out of five for each of the six categories.  -Research:3 -Music promo concept:4 -Language:4 -Representations:2 -Audience and industry:2 -Delivery:3 Total=18 Comments: Nice strong opening - clear thought and background to artist which works well. Clear ideas on genre but perhaps an old definition of R&B rather than what the genre has evolved into? Again great to see specific songs already chosen for production , shows a clarity in planning. Technical elements are well thought out and supported by strong image-driven slides. Clear visual plans for both video and point. Really like the industries context- Independent label aired at women is interesting Audience-interesting ideas but perhaps needs a little more depth/explanation Presentation goes back to technical elements - more good points but in terms of structure and presentation its slightly mixed up. Excellent Q on cultural backgrounds-not answer...

Preliminary exercise learner response

  1) Type up your teacher's feedback   in full  plus a summary of the comments you received from other students in the class. -Really effective prelim exercise that meets the brief -Elements of narrative and performance-both effective -Overhead shot of performance good but perhaps goes on too long. Perhaps also a lesson in multiple takes? would shooting more performance create a slightly more natural performance? -Lighting and mise-en-scene a definite strength. -I will check if explicit language will be a problem for main production. -Theme of the room matches the song -Good use of panning towards pic on wall. 2) Using a combination of your own reflection on the preliminary exercise and the feedback you were given, write  three  WWW bullet points and  three  EBI bullet points for your work.
